Where to download the software?
We always recommend downloading the latest version from our website since
it offers the latest files, all existing languages and light/full options.

What to do if download comes up as text gibberish?
Do one of the following:
1. Right-click on the link and choose "Save (link) as..." in context menu. Cancel if prompted to save unknown file type as text, save "as is" (as binary) instead.
2. If available, modify your browser settings for Download / File (MIME) types (handling) or similar (where file types / MIME types are listed) as follows: find or add type "application/octet-stream" and add ".sis" as file extension, and if provided with option similar to "Handling" specify "save to disk".
You can also download .zip file from our website if available.

How to install an application?
Please download the installation file (*.sis file) from our website first.
The easiest way to start the installation is to send the file to your device
and install it there. There're several ways to send an application to your
device:
- via Bluetooth
- via Infrared
- via EMail - you should set up an email address on your phone and send the application to that address.
Once you've transferred the file to your device, go to messaging application,
launch the received file and follow installer's instructions.
If you don't have have bluetooth or Infrared receiver you can use PC suite
application that comes on your device CD to start application installation
directly from your PC.

How install an application from PC?
PC Suite application that comes with your phone package must be installed
on your personal computer and the phone must be connected to PC.
Double-click on the file you have downloaded from our website to start the
installation.

How to install from Macintosh PC?
Please download the installation file (*.sis file) from our website first.

I get "Certificate error. Please contact supplier" error when trying to
install software on my serties 60 3rd edition.
If you get certificate error when attempting to install 3rd party software on your S60 3rd Edition smartphone, it means that you haven't enabled installation of unsigned SIS files. Go to Tools -> App. Manager, choose Options -> Settings and set Software installation to All and Online certif. check to Off.

When the installation is on I have security warning "The installation file cannot be verified. You will install at your own risk."
If your device gives a security warning during installation it
means that the application is not Symbian Signed. Symbian signed certificate
is a payed service and guaranties that no one else but the developer modified
the application. Many our applications don't have Symbian certificate
though you have nothing to worry about if you have downloaded our application
from trusted sources - from our website or other wellknown software shops. If so, just select continue anyway to continue installation.
We highly don't recommend to install any software you have received from
untrusted sources such as warez sites as it means someone else except the original developer
could modify the software and such software can contain malware.

Installation security error on Series 60 devices.
Start "App.Manager" select Options - Settings.
Then set option "Software installation" to "On" and "Online certificate check" to "off".
Then run installation again - it will do.

How to remove the application?
Series 60 devices: Please use your phone's Applications Manager to uninstall the software.
Series 80 devices: Use Application Manager that can be found in Control panel.
UIQ devices: In application launcher menu select Applications\Uninstall command and then select the application to be uninstalled.

Unable to uninstall the application.
Please make sure you have closed the application before trying to uninstall it.
If the application is service based, please make sure you have turned the service off as well.

the application from our product catalog and then click a 'purchase' button on the product page.

How do I get a registration code?
The registration code is e-mailed to you within 2 business days
after you purchase the software licence. If you have not received this
code, or if you've lost our e-mail with the code you can use our Online customer care system
to solve your issue immediately or to write to our sales department.

What is IMEI?
IMEI number is a unique number of your device. All our applications
use this number in registration process, it means that your license
will work only with your device.
IMEI number is displayed in all our applications registration dialog.
Also you can get it by switching to the phone application
and dialing *#06#. Device IMEI will be shown.

Where to find device IMEI needed to buy and register application?

I have purchased a product, downloaded and installed it but it is
a trial version. How can I register it?
To register the product please enter a license code recevied from our sales
department in the registration dialog. Time limit will be
removed after registration. If you have not received this
code, or if you've lost our e-mail with the code you can use our Online customer care system
to solve your issue immediately or write to our sales department.

What is trial version?
There is only one installation distribution we produce - it is the trial
version. The trial version doesn't have ANY limitations except period
of use - 15 days usually. What you purchase is a licence and upon entering
the registration code the software becomes time-unlimited registered
full version.

Trial period expire message.
If you see this message when starting our application it means that time
allowed to try the application before buying have already passed. Now, if you like
our application and want to continue using it you have to purchase
the application and enter the received registration code to unlock application.
If you do not like the application or have no use of it and don't want
to buy it please uninstall the application.

Where to enter the license code to register the application?
There is "Register" command in menu of every our application.
Select this command. Type your email adress in user name field and the
registration code in this dialog.

"Wrong code" error message.
If you see this message it means you typed some information incorrectly while
registering the application. Please double check you have entered email and
registration code correctly. If it doesn't help please check if
IMEI number you have provided when purchasing is correct as well -
the same as displayed in the registration dialog. If it's not or the problem
persists please write our sales
department with
your correct IMEI number to get the modified registration info.
Other issues

I see that there is a new version of a product on the website. What is the best way to upgrade it?
Most our applications upgrades and updates are free of charge for the
registered users. All you have to do is to download a newest version from our
web-site and install it over the previous one. You don't even
need to deinstall it, but please make sure you have closed the previous
version before installing the new one. After installation your
registration code remains the same as it was before. You can always pick your
registrations code for products you have purchased using our
Online customer care system if you lost the code.
Also there can be payed application upgrades (when the application experiences
huge changes and improvements and its price is raised as well). In this
case you can also install new version over the previous one but the
registration code will be different. If you really think that the newer version
will be useful you need to purchase the license again. As a registered customer
of this application you can receive upto 70% discount when upgrading
application. The best way to do so is to log in to our Online customer care system
and click "Update" button near the product you want to update. Please follow
further instructions.

I changed my phone where to get the new registration information for an application?
Our registration mechanism allows to use the application on one target
device only. If you have upgraded your device on next generation device
e.g. from SonyEriccson P800 to SonyEriccson P990 you need to acquire a new
license to continue using the application. As a registered user the
best way to get the new license is to log in to our Online customer care system
and click "Device change" button near the product order. You will be given
50% or even 70% discount when purchasing the new license (depends on how long
ago you have purchased your previous license).
If your device was broken and changed by the service center on
the same device please write our sales department
with explanation of this problem to get the new license information
for your new device for free of charge.

If you have purchased some our product but didn't receive your code for 24 hours it means that (most probably) your order was processed but the email with registration information was blocked on the way by some incorrectly set spam filter (quite common situation). The best way to get your code is to use our online customer care system.
