Software Update/Upgrade Policy

We do not make any difference between software update or upgrade, minor or major.

Being a registered user of one or more our products, you are entitled to a free copy of any updates to this product. Your registration information stays the same with all newer versions of the purchased software.

Device Change Policy

The registration code you receive when purchasing a product is valid for target device only.

However if you change or replace your device you can use automatic Device Change procedure in our Online customer care system to get new registration code for another device.

We allow 2 absolutely free and unconditional Device Change events for each purchased product.

Multiple device usage policy

Registration code you receive when purchasing a product is valid for target device only.

However you are unconditionaly allowed to use purchased software on your other device(s) by getting registration codes for your other device(s) using Device Change procedure.

Cross Platform Policy

We do not make any difference between Operating Systems in our policy.

If both OS have the same named product you can use our Device Change procedure to get new registration code for your new (or second) device with different OS.
