Service outage

Dear Valued Customer,

Saturday night our hoster The Planet faced a serious outage on their H1 data center in Houston. Electrical gear shorted, creating an explosion and fire that knocked down three walls surrounding electrical equipment room. Thankfully, no one was injured.

Technical teams have been working nonstop through the weekend to get all issues solved as soon as possible. Thanks to the professional and fast actions of The Planet team. We're back online already.

Unfortunately, these 40+ hours outage affected our mail, extranet and http-post (instant registration processing and codes delivery system) services. Codes were not delivered in time and some support queries could be lost when the servers were offline.

All customers who experienced delay with the registration codes delivery these hours - please forward your shop order confirmation to our support department if you haven't received your registration information yet.

Also, if you have not received an answer to your support query these hours please re-send it.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for understanding.
