To get information about your orders and registration information you need to type email address you have used during product purchase. Please note that only orders that are already processed are included in this datatbase. Your order will be processed within minutes if the purchase was made in our online webshop. For orders made in other software shops it usually takes up to 24 hours for our sales department to process them from the moment of purchase.

If you have purchased some our product but didn't receive your code for 24 hours it means that (most probably) your order was processed but the email with registration information was blocked on the way by some incorrectly set spam filter (quite common situation). The best way to get your code is to use our customer care system.
